1. I’ll register you on the Strengthscope Portal

I’ll set your account up personally within one working day. You don’t need to do anything at this stage.

2. You’ll receive your invitation by email

Once you’re registered, you’ll get an email from the Strengthscope Portal inviting you to complete your profile and your questionnaire. It takes around 20 minutes and there are no right or wrong answers – the more instinctive your responses, the more accurate your report.

3. Give your raters the heads-up

This is the important one. Once you’ve completed your own questionnaire, your chosen raters will automatically receive their invitation to complete a short questionnaire about you.

Please let them know in advance that it’s coming, so it doesn’t arrive out of the blue. A quick message explaining what you’re doing and why their honest input matters makes a real difference to both response rates and the quality of your feedback.

4. Your report and our session

Once all responses are in, I’ll generate your full Strengthscope360™ report and we’ll book in your 1:1 feedback session to unpack what it means for you and your business.
